Roll and Cut Fondant Non Stick Mat

1. Sprinkle rolling pin and mat with confectioners sugar.
2. Place fondant on the mat. Roll out 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
3. Cut pieces with cutter/embosser or cutouts.
