White Bubbles chocolate transfer sheet. Sheet measures 25 cm x 28 cm.
Chocolate transfer sheets are so easy to use with magnificent results! Simply pour melted chocolate over the transfer sheet and spread thinly over entire sheet. Cool and remove backing.
Can be cut into pieces and placed on top of moulded chocolates before they have set, or cut into pieces/strips and placed on cake sides.
Can also be used as cake wraps by simply cutting transfer to correct size before covering with melted chocolate, then wrapping around cake side, fasten, and let set until hard. Then just unfasten and remove backing.
Store these flat and dry.
Made of cocoa butter and powdered food colouring on an acetate sheet - so will keep until required.
