Smooth Egg Mould 50g


BWB 3 piece chocolate mould.

Measures approx 6.5 x 4.2 cm.

Melt chocolate and pour into the chocolate mould until the fill line. Gently tap the bottom of the mould against a flat surface a fewtimes to remove air bubbles from the chocolate.

Place the flexible insert and the top of the mould cavity, pressing them together until the chocolate completely fills the mould.

Turn the mould over and, with your fingers, press lightly against the edges of the cavities. Place the mould in the fridge and allow the chocolate to harden and release itself from the mould 9approx 11 mins).

Remove the mould from the fridge and carefully remove the flexible insert from the chocolate.
